We promote the au pair cultural exchange program in our country, both to encourage the learning of foreign languages among young Spaniards, and to promote the Spanish language and culture in the world through the au pair program in Spain.

All AEPA agencies follow the AEPA rules and code of conduct, so that the cultural exchange between families and au pairs takes place in the safest and most satisfactory way possible.

Our associates offer their services to both Spanish and foreign au pairs, as well as to Spanish families who wish to welcome an au pair into their home and live this experience in a gratifying and rewarding way.

Au pair

Young people between 18 and 30 years old who want to live an experience in another country and immerse themselves in its language, culture and customs.
With a genuine interest in children, they live with a family receiving accommodation, full board and weekly pocket money in exchange for help with childcare and housework.

Host families seek to offer their children contact with young people from other countries that enrich their knowledge of foreign languages, and also help them in the care of their children and to a lesser extent with simple domestic tasks and in this way also improve conciliation work and family.
