Code of ConductAll associated agencies follow AEPA’s Code of Conduct, a document that complements the Statutes of the Association. Its purpose is to establish the norms that regulate the exercise of the activity of the au pair agencies members of AEPA, so that it is developed both in a professional and ethical way, with the aim of always offering the highest service of standards.
It is an essential and necessary tool due to the intrusiveness and malpractice that affects the sector and to the correct image of the au pair program as a cultural exchange program of great value. The code of conduct brings together mandatory standards for all associated agencies, which regulate the relationship of the associated with the association and with the other parties involved in the au pair program: international collaborators and clients (families and/or au pairs). With the application of our code of conduct, the image and commitment of all AEPA agencies is reinforced as a guarantee of quality of service to their clients and with the au pair cultural exchange program. |
